  • The Forehead Smoother: To target those horizontal lines. Place both hands on your forehead, palms flat, with your fingers facing inward. Gently slide your fingers from the center of your forehead outwards, applying light pressure. Repeat this motion 10 times.


A Word of Caution: While facial yoga is generally safe, it's important not to overdo it. Be gentle with your skin, and if you feel any pain, stop immediately. The goal is to tone the muscles, not to create new lines by scrunching your face too aggressively.
